This project included the complete remodel and renovation of the second floor of a fine Castro Street Victorian house built in 1886. The existing Master Bedroom was combined with an adjacent smaller room to create a single larger bedroom. A new Master Bathroom completes the new Master Bedroom suite. A poorly added existing Bathroom was removed to return another bedroom to its original size and proportion. The main Bathroom received all new fixtures and finishes. Finally, the project also included the structural reinforcement of the rear of the house for seismic strength.
