This project involved the complete interior design of a tenant space in the landmark Shell Building. The design concept was to expose concrete structural columns and ceiling above, artfully exposing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. It is a completely open office plan, with only a private conference room. Polycarbonate panels attached to exposed steel framing, rolling Kal-Wall “barn doors”, and fabric curtains achieved privacy where required.
